3. Subscribers will be charged a subscription fee for the Service, in accordance with selected payment method. Subscriber may pay by credit card or check.

4. Subscriber agrees to pay subscription fee by credit card or by check and hereby authorizes our billing process partners to charge Subscriber's credit card or check. To become a subscriber you must select your membership plan and fill in the registration form on vxsbill.com or ccbill.com. Your membership begins on the signup date. As a member, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name, credit card number and password, you must not share the information with anyone. Transfer of any ID or password to another person or entity, or allowing any person or entity other than the Subscriber to access the Service via such Subscriber's ID and password is strictly prohibited, and is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

5. You agree to inform immediately NLPay BV of any unauthorized use of your account. You agree to pay fee each 30 or 90 days, according to your membership plan and to charge your credit card. We accept Master Card and Visa credit cards. When you are successfully registered you will have unlimited access to site(s) for 30 or 90 days. It means that during the time period you can view as much of our content as you wish.

6. Upon becoming a Subscriber to the Service, NLPay BV will provide the Subscriber with a unique ID and password which allows access to the Service. The ID and password is issued by NLPay BV in the form of a revocable license and remain the property of NLPay BV and constitute proprietary information. IDs and passwords are non-transferable. Each Subscriber must keep his password strictly confidential. Remember your password! For security reasons, NLPay BV will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order.

7. Your membership will be automatically renewed every 30 or 90 days, depending on your subscription term, until you cancel it. To cancel your recurring billing, please contact our Support department by sending email to support at nlpay.com

8. NLPay BV reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your subscription with or without notice if you violate these Terms of Use.

9. We do not provide any refunds.

10. If you have a problem with your account, please contact us immediately. Should you contact your credit card company and have them issue a refund, you hereby agree to pay NLPay BV a finance charge of 100 euros per chargeback transaction plus any and all collection fees, interest, and a fee of not less than 400 euros per hour for our time until this matter is resolved.
